Helping large businesses to protect and grow their organic revenue.
Technical SEO consulting for ecommerce, migrations, growth and complex platforms - backed by over 20 years of experience advising brands like M&S, O2, Aviva, SharkNinja, B&Q and Screwfix.
About me
I help large businesses protect and grow their organic revenue, particularly when the technical complexity is high and the stakes are real.
Most of my work involves ecommerce platforms where organic performance has stalled or is at risk, website migrations where millions in revenue depends on getting it right, and complex sites where SEO has been treated as an afterthought until something breaks. I focus on the gap between what SEO teams recommend and what actually gets shipped - the execution bottleneck that costs more than most businesses realise.
I’ve been doing this for over 20 years. I co-founded Ayima in 2007 and built it into a global SEO agency across six offices, with clients including Verizon, Macy’s, British Airways, O2, and Marks & Spencer. The agency went public on NASDAQ First North with eight-figure revenues. I later spent two years at Kingfisher Group (B&Q, Screwfix, Castorama), first as Group Head of SEO and then promoted to Group Head of Ecommerce Projects, running organic and ecommerce strategy across multiple international brands.
Outside of Ayima and Kingfisher, I’ve led SEO and ecommerce work for SharkNinja, Aviva, PartyPoker, Checkout.com, and many other brands across retail, finance, insurance, travel, and gaming.
I also build diagnostic tools that help businesses see exactly where their organic revenue is at risk and what to fix first. I’ve been writing code since I was a teenager. It's not a sideline, it’s part of how I work. When I audit a site, I often build the tools necessary to answer complex questions or solve previously unsolvable problems, as part of the engagement.
I’m now based in Somerset with my young family, travelling into London once a week. If you’d like to talk about working together, [email protected] is the fastest way to reach me.
